National Specialty Lunches, Dinners and Special Events by reservation only. To make reservations, please use the reservation form or visit the store at the poodleclubofamerica.org where you can make and pay for reservations. Space limits the number that can attend some functions, so please make reservations early.
Payment must accompany orders. Please write ONE check for all meals. Telephone orders accepted. Reservations must be received by April 14, 2025. Tickets will not be mailed. Pre-paid tickets for all lunches & dinners may be picked up Wednesday – Friday at the Ticket Table in The Great Hall. A limited number of lunch and dinner tickets will be available at the Show for an additional fee.
Wednesday, April 23, 2025 ~ Founder’s room ~ 11:30 A.M. -1:00 P.M
Menu: Harvest Green Salad – Mixed Greens, Heirloom Tomatoes, Petite Cucumbers, Shaved Parmesan and Garlic Croutons with Red Wine Vinaigrette – Artisan Rolls and Butter – Smoked Brisket of Beef with Caramelized Onion and Natural Jus – Rosemary Red Potatoes with Olive Oil and Fresh Parsley – Oven Roasted Vegetable Medley with Zucchini, Yellow Squash & Mushrooms, Pearl Onion and Sweet Tomatoes – Brownie and Blondie Assortment. Beverage Station – Fresh Brewed Ice Tea, Coffee, Lemonade and Bottled Water.

Menu: Cranberry Feta Salad – Baby Spring Greens, Cranberries, Feta Cheese, Sliced Red Onion, served with Sweet Poppy Seed Vinaigrette – Assorted Rolls and Butter – Roasted Pork Loin – with Peach and Cherry Mustard – Classic Rice Pilaf – Toasted with Orzo and Brown Butter – Roasted Broccoli – Blanched, then Tossed in Olive Oil and Sea Salt – Sweets – Gourmet Chocolate Chunk Cookie.
