RV Parking Request Information and Form
RV Parking begins on Sunday, April 14th at 12:00pm
All RVs must be out of the Purina RV Sites on Saturday, April 20 by 9:00 A.M.
The 2019 RV Parking Sites A1 through B17 were auctioned off at the 2018 PCA Specialty Show. The 2020 Live Auction will take place following the Regular Dog Classes on Wednesday, April 17th. The remainder of the 2019 RV Parking Site Requests will be selected by random draw. Parking sites C1 through D21 will be assigned for five nights stay followed by multiple nights then single night stay.
RV Parking Forms received by March 18, will be assigned a site number by random draw. Forms received after March 18 will be assigned a site number as they are received. You will be notified of your site number via Email, PLEASE WRITE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS CLEARLY.
Please include your payment of $40.00 per night in the form of a check or money order, payable to PCA in U.S. funds – NO CREDIT CARDS.
Purina Farms has changed their RV Parking Policy and all sites on the ground will be charged a parking fee and will be assigned a parking site number.
2019 RV Auction Winners complete the RV Request Form and mail with your payment of $40.00 per night stay by March 18th.
Please write 2019 Auction Winner on the outside of the envelope.

Admission to the Purina Event Center for conformation exhibitors begins on Tuesday, April 16, with the WINNERS OF THE 2019 AUCTION entering first at 6:30 A.M. in setup number order. Any auction winner not present at 6:30 A.M. will lose his/her setup number selection. ALL OTHER CONFORMATION EXHIBITORS will be admitted in setup number order, no earlier than 7:00 A.M. and no later that 8:00 A.M. Tuesday.
Those exhibitors arriving at the show without a setup number can obtain one at The Great Hall from 6:30 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. Tuesday. Late arrivals will be accommodated.
TO RECEIVE A SETUP NUMBER BY E-MAIL OR MAIL, DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE THE GROOMING REQUEST FORM.
All Setup Forms received by March 18, 2019 will be assigned setup numbers by random draw conducted by an Independent Agent as soon after the deadline as practical. Forms received after March 18, 2019 will be assigned numbers as they are received. No setup number will be available by Email or mail after March 28, 2019. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- Names submitted on Setup Forms must be those of exhibitors/agents exhibiting in this show.
- No duplicate names, please. The Setup Committee will assign only one setup number per exhibitor.
- SEND NO MORE THAN FIVE FORMS IN A REGULAR BUSINESS OR LETTER SIZE ENVELOPE.
- Setup Forms sent in envelopes of other sizes will be drawn after all others!

The 2019 PCA National Specialty Show will soon be upon us and as you know, the PCA Trophy Fund is the sole resource which provides the financial support to make the award of trophies, medallions and cash prizes for our winners possible. Thanks to your continued generosity, so let’s work to make 2019 even better.
We have made it easier to make a Trophy Fund Donation online using your credit card. By paying using your credit card, our Trophy Fund administration is greatly reduced, so please consider using this feature. If you prefer, however, we will always welcome your cash donations paid via check.
Parade of Breed Champions & Parade of Companion/Performance Titleholders
Deadline is March 28th
Entry fee is $30
By March 28th, send up to a 50-word Parade Resume to:

Coat clips must be in accordance with the Breed Standard. Dogs with an AKC Hunting Title or PCA Working Certificate may be exhibited in short hunting trim.
Any poodle with an AKC Obedience, Tracking, Agility, Hunting or Rally Title or with any PCA Working Certificate (WC or WCX) or PCA Upland
Certificate are eligible for the Performance Parade.
The entry blank must have “Performance Parade” on it and mailed with entry fee to MB-F, Inc.
Each entrant in the Parade will receive a Rosette with dog’s name imprinted.
The entry form must indicate “Conformation Parade” or Performance Parade” AND MAILED WITH ENTRY FEE TO MB-F, INC.
Resumes for Parades will not be accepted at the show grounds.

HENDRI’S EVENTS of St Louis, MO will be catering the PCA Lunches, Blue Ribbon Dinner.
* Lunches are $22 and offered Wednesday, April 17th – Friday, April 19th
* The Blue Ribbon Dinner is $45 and will be after the show on Thursday, April 18th
The Blue Ribbon Dinner will be BYOB Wine and Beer
Payment must accompany orders. If paying by check, please write ONE check for all meals. No telephone orders accepted.
Ticket will NOT be mailed. Pre-paid tickets for all lunches & dinners may be picked up Wednesday – Friday at the Ticket Table in The Great Hall. A limited number of lunch and dinner tickets will be available at the Show for an additional fee.

All reserved seats are front-row seats. Sorry – seats for fewer than three days cannot be reserved in advance. Unsold seats, if any, will be available for purchase at the show at a slightly higher price.
Reserved ringside seating is $75.00 per seat for Wednesday through Friday. Payment for all reservations must be received by Friday, April 5th, 2019. Payments for confirmed reservations are not refundable. All seat tickets must be picked up at the show; none will be mailed.

Just Groom a Poodle!
6th Annual Grooming Competition & Fundraiser
Monday, April 15th starting at 10:00am
Entry fee is $50
Deadline to enter Monday, April 1st.
Groom any poodle variety in any of the following clips: Continental, HCC, English Saddle, Puppy Clip, Scandinavian, Secondary Puppy Clip, German Clip or Sporting Trim.
Poodle feet & faces can be clipped prior to the competition. You will be allotted the following times: Toy ~ 1 hour 45 minutes, Miniature – 2 hours, Standard – 2 hours 30 minutes.
Trims with spray up will be allotted an additional 15 minutes. An assistant can help hold your dog for spray up during that 15 minute time slot.
Competitors will be judged by nationally renowned award winning judges: Olga Zabelinskaya & Vero DaSylva MPS Meritus
Artero USA, Andis, Wahl, Advet, & Dog Fashion Spa
Prizes will be awarded for the first, second & third placement in each division.

Introduction and Research updates followed by keynote speaker Pat Hastings presenting A GLIMPSE OF STRUCTURE IN ACTION: THE MAKINGS OF A DURABLE POODLE. Pat Hastings PCAF seminar will focus on the state-of-the-breed in Poodles.

STRUCTURE IN ACTION continued, Service Center (by RV Campsites). Pat will evaluate structure of some adult Poodles who are performance prospects or who have sustained performance injuries.
